<p>Today’s Connecticut Humane Society Pet of the Week is Leo! A 2-year-old Carolina dog with tons of love and energy to share! He came to the Connecticut Humane Society from local animal control and is now ready for his forever family. </p>
<p>As an adult, Leo is already housebroken and even knows a few tricks. While he may be a little shy at first, once he warms up, he’s all about fun, play, and adventure. Leo thrives with other dogs and would love a canine companion, though he hasn’t had much experience with cats yet. With his big personality and high energy, Leo will do best with a family who has experience with large breeds and can give him the structure, exercise, and attention he deserves. </p>
